Evo One Firmware v1.2 Update
1. Added dynamic VU meter display to the leftmost screen, accessible by swiping right from the home screen
2. Fixed an issue where the maximum volume setting could affect the Line Out output level.
3. Fixed an occasional UI display issue during shutdown.
4. Optimized the analog circuit power-on sequence to reduce ripple noise.
5. Added various UI optimizations.
Attention
Please make sure the device has at least 50% battery power before starting the firmware update. If not, please charge the player before proceeding.
Please make sure the device has more than 2GB of available storage before starting the firmware update.
Do not operate the device during the firmware update.
During the firmware update, the device will power off and reboot automatically. If the device does not reboot within 3 minutes after powering off, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn it on. The device will then resume the firmware update process.
Please delete the firmware file from the TF card or internal storage after the firmware update is complete.
OTA Update Procedure
1. Connect the Evo One to the internet via Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings > System > System Update to enter the firmware update screen.
3. Tap Check Version. The system will automatically check for available firmware updates.
4. When a firmware update is detected, tap Download. The system will start downloading the new firmware.
5. Once the firmware download is complete, tap Install Now.
6. In the pop-up dialogue box, tap OK. The system will then automatically install the new firmware.
Local Update Procedure
1. Download the latest firmware update package from the Support section of EvoAria’s official website. The firmware package will be provided as a compressed ZIP file for the Evo One firmware update.
2. Do not decompress the ZIP file.
3. Copy the firmware ZIP file to the root directory of the Evo One’s internal storage or a TF card. If you are using a TF card, insert it into the Evo One before proceeding.
4. Go to Settings > System > System Update to enter the firmware update screen.
5. Tap the “┇” icon in the upper-right corner of the firmware update screen.
6. Select Local Update from the pop-up menu.
7. Go to the directory where the firmware ZIP file is located, then select the firmware file you want to install.
8. In the pop-up dialogue box, tap OK. The system will then automatically install the new firmware.
9. After the update is complete, tap OK in the pop-up dialogue box to restart the system.
